FROM BETA FREQUENCY TO THETA FREQUENCY
Sit down in a sitting meditation posture with crossed legs, the eyes slightly closed, the chest relaxed, the tip of the tongue lightly touches the palate behind the front teeth and the fists rest relaxed on the knees (see illustration). Concentrate your attention on your Dantian (the elixir field) below your belly button and breath smoothly in and out using the micro cosmic orbit. During the cosmic orbit we repeat the special MartriX mantra:
‘Ómm Mama Ni Hoem Solei’
With ‘Omm’ in your mind or softly pronouncing, you breath from your Dantian and direct the air imaginary down and via your coccyx, sacrum and your spine up till you reach the highest point of your crown. For this you use 1/3 of your complete breathing orbit.
Then you breath slowly out with ‘Mama Ni Hoem Solei’ to complete the final 2/3 of the breathing orbit till you are imaginary back in your Dantian.
This mantra and breathing orbit you repeat till you start a light trance or dream state.
Beginners can start with natural breathing and then slowly start to breath deeper, but they also can practice deep breathing and abdominal breathing from the beginning.
